Staffordshire University Robot Fun Day
The IET NW Midlands branch is sponsoring a Robot Fun Day. The event will feature demonstrations of animatronics, and presentations on special effects, animatronics, robot competitions, and space robotics.

The Robot Show*
Using the very latest in computers and cardboard the Robot Show will explore the relationship between man and technology, creation and free will: are humans in control or are the machines? Half play, half scientific experiment, it aims to push what is possible in terms of human interaction with theatre.
The Robots will use special equipment to measure the response of the audience and integrate those responses into each show - if you laugh, Robots tell you another joke, if you get bored something changes. Are the audience in control or are Robots?

FIRST LEGO League UK Final
First Lego League is an international programme for children aged between 9 and 16 years that combines a hands-on, interactive robotics program with a sports-like atmosphere using the LEGO MINDSTORMS Robotics Invention System.
